💅 Booking + Policies Please review all policies before booking. Booking an appointment means you agree to everything below. --- 🖱 Booking - All appointments must be made through the online booking site. Please avoid texting/calling to book unless you have a question that can’t be answered online. - The address will be provided after your appointment is confirmed. - Please book all desired services and add-ons at the time of booking (designs, bling, repairs, shape changes, etc.). **Failure to book services properly may result in not having enough time to complete them.** --- ⏰ Cancellations / Rescheduling - 24+ hours notice: No fee - Less than 24 hours: 50% of services booked - 2 hours or less / No-show: 100% of services booked **Fees will be charged to the card on file. If no card is on file, the balance will be added to your next appointment.** --- ⏳ Late Arrivals -There's a 15min grace period. After that, your appointment is subject to cancelation and will be marked as a no show. A "no-show" fee will be charged. -If you arrive late, your services will be adjusted to fit the remaining time. Full price of the originally booked services still applies. --- 💳 Gift Cards + Packages + Memberships - Gift cards are available for purchase through the booking site and must be used by the named client. - Packages must be paid in full, are non-refundable, and must be used within the stated timeframe. - Memberships are billed monthly and include specific services and perks. All membership terms and conditions apply. --- 🌟 Final Notes These policies are in place to respect both your time and mine and to keep scheduling fair and consistent.
